Return Policy

Cabinetryy™ accepts eligible return requests within 14 days after delivery. Returned items must be unused, clean, undamaged, unmodified, and kept with original packaging, protective materials, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

Cabinet products require careful return review because they may be affected by assembly, installation, surface scratches, moisture exposure, or handling damage. Items that have been assembled, installed, drilled, altered, stained, water-damaged, or used in daily home activity may not qualify for return.

To start a return request, please contact service@cabinetryy.com before sending any item back. Return instructions must be confirmed first. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Customers may need to provide photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any reported issue before the request can be reviewed.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the review result. Return approval depends on item condition, packaging condition, product type, and return requirements.
